Friendly staff made our arrival pleasant.
I had to change my room due to its size, and it was disappointing that the duty manager charged me an extra £25 for this. I had to pay £15 more for my two dogs without a clear explanation of the extra charge. The area around the rear entrance was unkempt and filled with cigarette butts, which made the entryway feel unwelcoming.

Great views and comfy stay!
Had an awesome time! The room was super spacious and clean, with an amazing view of the sea. Walking to the beach or the old viaduct was a real treat. The staff were super friendly too! Only thing was, the dining area could get a bit busy during peak times. Still, the food was tasty!

Bathroom amenities lacking!!! Tiny bathroom with confusing light controls!!!. Noisy shower and a small, outdated television!!! Rooms could benefit from a serious cleanliness upgrade!!!

A delightful culinary experience
Savoring the Cullen Skink was a highlight. the staff even shared cooking tips! The stunning views during my meal made the experience memorable. Don’t miss out on the Creme Brulee – it's a must-try! Opt for a room with a sea view for added serenity.

The views from the Deluxe Double Room were exceptional, providing a stunning backdrop of Cullen Bay. Breakfasts were a treat, featuring generous portions and delightful flavors. there was some noticeable peeling paint in the bathroom, and dampness detracted slightly from the comfort. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was very enjoyable, especially the delicious Cullen Skink served in the dining area.

the sink in our bathroom was way too small, made it hard to wash my face. also, i kinda expected something special since it was a special occasion but that didn't happen.
